Thetanova was created to make HR simpler for growing companies. After years of watching teams struggle with messy processes, unclear policies, and systems that never worked the way they should, we set out to build something better — HR that actually supports the business instead of slowing it down.
We help companies set up reliable HR foundations, streamline everyday operations, and implement systems that make work easier for everyone. Our approach is practical, experience-driven, and built around the way your organization actually functions.
About Us
How we work
We start by actually listening to how your team works, what's not working, and where you're trying to go. Because HR that works for a 50-person SaaS startup looks nothing like HR for a manufacturing company going through rapid growth. And templates pulled from the internet? They create more confusion than clarity.
So we take the time to understand your culture, your day-to-day realities, and the specific friction points slowing you down. Then we build systems around that, rather than around what some consultant thinks you should be doing.
What you get are HR processes that feel like they were made for you. Because they were.
We've spent 25 years in the trenches with companies like yours, and we know this: good HR shouldn't feel like HR. It should feel like things just... work. That's what we build.
